The following plug-in has crashed error

Plug in problem in Google chrome is not new; I think most of the chrome users must have faced this issue very often. The following plug in has crashed error, it is also known as the Shockwave crash. In this you will be unable to play video online and you can’t open animated sites etc. It can make your Google Chrome not working. In this post I would like to share some very useful tips to solve this issue:-

First of all make it sure your system is updated with the latest flash plugins.

You must use a registry repairing and cleaning tool which helps to fix File Association Errors along with other complex registry issues in your Windows. The Files Association Errors may also be the reason behind Plug in problem because it creates a lot of problems by preventing files to open and function properly.

You can try to reinstall the Adobe Flash Player Active-X. Sometimes the problem is caused by incompatibility of the Flash Player with your Windows settings.

You must update your sound card drivers. It helps to fix this crash.

You should uninstall all instances of Flash Player from Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Restart the computer then install the latest version.
